  • Target returns to RCP investors of at least: 20% internal rate of return on development projects or 10% annual return on income investments or loans

RCP receives real estate investment opportunities from many different sources, including: real estate brokers, bankers, developers, investment bankers and even RCP investors. If an opportunity is attractive, the Acquisitions group presents it to the firm's Investment Committee for funding consideration.
