Mr. Lugash oversees RCP’s day-to-day operations and is responsible for the firm’s acquisition, underwriting and asset management functions. Mr. Lugash also sits on the firm’s Investment Committee.

Immediately prior to rejoining RCP in 2012, Mr. Lugash served as Senior Vice President of Operations for Westmount Realty Finance, LLC. Prior to that, he had previously worked for RCP as Vice President of Investment Management, where he was responsible for the underwriting and the asset management for a $300 million portfolio of commercial real estate assets.

Prior to his career in the commercial real estate field, Mr. Lugash was as a manager at the corporate headquarters for Blockbuster and previous to that he was a staff aide for a ranking member of the U.S. House of Representatives.

Mr. Lugash graduated from Southern Methodist University with a B.A. in Journalism and a MBA with a focus in financial consulting and accounting. He is a member of several real estate trade associations including the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Urban Land Institute as well philanthropic organizations such as the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
