Mr. Saxon co-founded Legacy Capital Company, which specializes in land investment and development opportunities, in 1992. Mr. Saxon previously worked in the oil and gas industry. He has served as Executive Vice President of a public company and a Co-Owner of a private company, both of which were engaged in oil and gas exploration. For the last 23 years, Mr. Saxon has been responsible for conducting due diligence, performing predevelopment services and negotiating the purchase and sale of commercial land. Mr. Saxon graduated from Harvard University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and from Columbia University with a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance.
Peter Aberg

Mr. Aberg is a partner at Legacy Capital Company based in Dallas, Texas. Prior to joining Legacy, Mr. Aberg spent five years at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he was responsible for launching and managing a new office in Dallas and establishing new services such as project management and corporate real estate services. Prior to Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Aberg worked as a sales manager with Grubb & Ellis. He had oversight of a 65-person sales team and the office’s sales production, which grossed $10 million in revenue. Mr. Aberg also spent three years with Bank One in the early 1990s, working in the bank’s Real Estate Owned (REO) group, where he disposed of over $10 million of real estate. Mr. Aberg began his real estate career at Henry S. Miller Company in 1983, where he became a top land and investment sales producer.

Terry Boone

Mr. Boone works with individual investors and is a member of the RCP Investment Committee. After receiving his Master of Business Administration degree, Mr. Boone began his career with the Investment Division of First National Bank in Dallas, specializing in tax-exempt and government securities. His career continued with the brokerage firms of Underwood Neuhaus and then Goldman Sachs. In 1978, Mr. Boone made a career change when he became a McDonald’s franchisee, a position he held for 21 years. Mr. Boone began investing in RCP offerings in 1994. Upon retiring from McDonald’s, Mr. Boone officed with RCP for several years before joining the firm in 2004.

William Brewer
Executive Vice President

Mr. Brewer manages acquisitions, underwriting and asset management functions for the firm. Prior to joining RCP, Mr. Brewer worked for two publicly traded financial institutions as a commercial real estate lender and asset manager. Mr. Brewer is a graduate of SMU’s Cox School of Business and SMU’s Meadows School of the Arts. Mr. Brewer is also a member of the RCP Investment Committee.

John Mitchell
Director of Investments

Mr. Mitchell is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and managing real estate opportunities and existing assets. Prior to joining RCP, he served as a Real Estate Corporate Banking Analyst at Regions Financial Corporation. He graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M University, earning a BA in Accounting and a Master’s in Financial Management.

Maggie Wunderlick
Investor Relations

Ms. Wunderlick, a Dallas native, oversees the administrative operations of the firm’s corporate office and serves as the primary liaison for our investor community. Additionally, she plays a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies. Maggie joined RCP in 2024 after gaining valuable experience in politics and commercial real estate in Washington, D.C. She is a graduate of Sewanee: The University of the South.

Meagan Hatcher
Accounting Administrator

Ms. Hatcher supports our firm's accounting functions, including financial reporting, investor distributions, tax compliance, and banking relationships. Prior to joining RCP, Ms. Hatcher worked in private family offices, where she managed accounting for multiple investment entities. She is a graduate of The University of Texas at Arlington and plans to pursue her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensure.
