Richard A. Myers

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Myers oversees RCP’s operations, analyzes the firm’s real estate investments and provides the company’s strategic direction. He has been investing in and developing real estate since 1984. Prior to forming RCP, he founded Realty Capital Corporation, a real estate development company.

Blake Lugash

President

Mr. Lugash oversees day-to-day operations. He originally joined RCP in 2006 after earning his MBA from SMU’s Cox School of Business. During his career Mr. Lugash has managed the equity investments for more than $300 million worth of commercial real estate assets.

Terry Boone

Executive Vice President

Mr. Boone began his career with the Investment Division of First National Bank in Dallas, specializing in tax-exempt and government securities. He also worked for Underwood Neuhaus and Goldman Sachs. He began investing in RCP offerings in 1994, before joining the firm in 2004.

Will Brewer

Vice President, Real Estate

Mr. Brewer manages acquisitions, underwriting and asset management functions for the firm. Prior to joining RCP, he worked for two publicly traded financial institutions as a commercial real estate lender and asset manager.

Peter Aberg

Partner

Mr. Aberg is an investment committee member at Realty Capital Partners. He is also a partner of Legacy Capital, a Company based in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Aberg began his real estate career at Henry S. Miller Company in 1983, where he became a top land and investment sales producer. He later spent 3 years with Bank One in the early 1990’s in the bank’s REO group and disposed of over $100 million of real estate.

Steven D. Saxon

Partner

Mr. Saxon specializes in land investment and development opportunities. He has worked in real estate for over 27 years conducting due diligence, performing pre-development services and negotiating the purchase and sale of commercial land. Mr. Saxon has worked with Realty Capital Partners since 2009 originally overseeing the real estate department, he now is a partner on the investment committee reviewing new investment opportunities.

Maison Vasek

Chief Financial Officer

Maison is a founding partner of Bodwell Vasek Wells DeSimone LLP, BVWD, a full service, registered CPA firm offering audit, tax, and consulting services. Prior to founding BVWD, Maison founded HMBL Consulting, and served as Chief Financial Officer of two middle-market companies over a four year period. Prior to the CFO suite, Maison spent eight years in public accounting with a Big 4 accounting firm and a Top 50 national accounting firm focused on audits of public and private companies. Maison serves on the Finance Committee of the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas. Maison graduated from the University of Oklahoma with BS degrees in Finance and Accounting and earned his CPA in 2007. He lives in East Dallas with his wife, and two daughters. Maison is a proud member of Munger Place Church and leads the fundraising team for the annual Munger Christmas Store.

Tracy Ready

Director of Business Development

Tracy Ready has served as RCP’s Director of Business Development since 2019, overseeing the firm’s program to secure new investors and financial partners. Ms. Ready previously worked at LegacyTexas, where she was a Top Producer and recipient of the bank’s coveted Rising Star Award. During her four-year tenure there, Ms. Ready brought in roughly $150 million in new accounts and loans.

Max Ready

Real Estate Associate

Mr. Ready is responsible for identifying, analyzing and managing real estate opportunities as well as shepherding real estate opportunities through the Acquisition, Underwriting and Asset Management phases of the project. Max graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rockhurst University, Helzberg School of Business with a major in Finance and Economics and a Minor in Psychology.

Meredith Embree

Marketing & Investor Coordinator

Ms. Embree is responsible for managing the administrative functions for the firm’s corporate office and is the lead administrative point person of our investor community. Additionally, she assists in the development and implementation of marketing strategies. Meredith joins us as a recent graduate of Southern Methodist University, Cox School of Business where she was awarded Distinguished Entrepreneurship Student of 2021. She also attended the London School of Economics & Political Science.
